    Multi-day Scheduler

    In response to numerous requests, we are pleased to announce the introduction of a SecurityTrax multi-day scheduler. This feature will work when viewing the stand alone scheduler, as well as when creating and editing appointments. Here is how it works:
  1. Select the scheduler application anywhere within SecurityTrax.
  2. Choose to view anywhere from one to seven days out. Press 'Go'.
  3. The schedule for the selected number of days is pulled up.
  4. The days appear in sequence; a large indicator specifies the date being viewed.
Clicking on the arrows (<< or >>) at the top near the selected date viewed now moves you forward or back the number of days selected. For example, if you select to view seven days of the schedule starting on a Monday, then pressing the >> arrows will present you with the next week – the next seven days starting from the next Monday.
   
       
    2008 ADT Sales & Marketing Convention

We recently returned from the 2008 ADT Sales & Marketing Convention held in Dallas, TX. If you are an ADT Dealer and are not attending these conventions then you need to seriously reconsider! It was excellent!

HiValley was given the opportunity to have a booth as well as present in the owners break-out session on SecurityTrax (Thanks Dan & others at ADT). We announced in that session that HiValley is currently working with ADT to reduce data duplication performed by dealers (read shell creation, etc). More information on that will be coming shortly. It was an excellent opportunity for us to spread the SecurityTrax word and we are happy to say that we were very well received!

    SecurityTrax Statistics

We are at it again. This time we've added new pages to the SecurityTrax Administration section that display real-time SecurityTrax usage statistics. The stats show totals by month from the creation of your SecurityTrax system. The graphs allow for zooming for detailed views.

We will continue to expand this page, but for now the following graphs are available:

  • Identity Creations: Total number of identities created (lead or customer)
  • Customer Creations: Number of customer created
  • Lead Creations: Number of leads created
  • Customer Equipment Creations: Number of items of equipment added
  • Technician Visits: Number of technician visits created
  • Logins: Number of successfull and failed login attempts
  • Customer File Creations: Number of files attached to customers
  • Emails: Number of emails sent via SecurityTrax to customers / leads
